Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.Handle employee relations, performance management, and compensation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations.Maintain accurate records and support the development of HR policies.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or a similar field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Other Requirements:Own transport and phone.Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends.
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month.Location: Cape Town City Center (Bree St)Start Date: As soon as possibleEmployment Type: Full-time, Maternity cover (contract) position.
