Generalist HR ManagerGeneralist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAll HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contractsIndustrial and Employee relationsPerformance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team)Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEEDevelopment of employment policies and proceduresManagement of the corporate social investmentManagement of HR administratorsDesired Experience & QualificationHuman Resources degree or related qualification is essential.IR experience.BBBEE experience.Must be willing to travel within South Africa.Package & Remuneration+- R50k-R55k CTC, including Provident Fund (dependant on experience and qualification).
