Part time Senior HR Generalist required for company based in JHB North (working 2 days per week).Minimum Requirements:MatricMinimum 10 Years Experience In An HR Generalist RoleWilling to work part time (2 days per week)Duties:RecruitmentRecruitment of all staffLiaising with employment agenciesSourcing staffScreening/ evaluation of CV together with managerReference checks, credit and criminal checksObtaining authorization from CEOFilling in form with relevant document for Payroll, obtaining signature from CEOConduct induction programmeEmployee RelationsProviding advice to line managers on HR policies and proceduresAttending meetings to discuss and assist with misconductProviding minutes of meetingsTalent ManagementCoordinate performance appraisal documents and consolidate performance ratingsDrive succession planningTraining and DevelopmentConduct training needs and skill gap analysisPut in place skills planAssist with reporting, analysis and submission of workplace skills planAssist with the compilation of employment equity reportsHold employment equity committee meetingsAttend to Labour Dept inspections.HR AdministrationManage new employee onboarding processManage terminations and exit interviewsProvide advice and information to management and employees on Labour Act LawAdvise management on employees' career developmentDraft letters to send communication with staffUpdating HR policies and proceduresLiaising with CEO on any changes to PayrollPrepare and submit monthly payroll report and documentsApproving of leave on Sage ESS SystemManaging the ESS system (uploading new employees and applying for leave on their behalf) and related queries from staffManage Time and Attendance on Uniclox SystemManaging traffic finesHealth and Safety procedure and protocols in compliance with Workmens CompensationCreate committee and attend to training for First AidTerminationsOutboarding / exit surveyChecking returned company equipmentHearings - advise on hearing and providing relevant documentationIssue warnings, draft changesConsult with consultants who will chair the meetingPreparation for hearing and attending meetingManage the termination process with employee e.g. UIF formsDesired Skills:HR GeneralistHR OfficerHR AdministratorEmployer & Job Benefits:Working two days per week only
