Position OverviewAs a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, supporting various functions including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. You will also work closely with our clients and candidates to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offersDevelop and implement orientation and onboarding programs for new employeesProvide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and HR policies and proceduresMaintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulationsFacilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeAdminister benefits, leave programs, and other HR related functionsHandle employee grievances and escalate to HR Manager when necessaryAssist with HR projects and initiatives as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR roleWorking knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practicesProven experience in recruitment and selection processStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProficient in MS Office suite and HRIS systemsCertified HR professional is an assetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageA dynamic and collaborative work environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesIf you are a dedicated and motivated HR professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you!
