Critical Requirements:Matric qualificationHR tertiary qualification or studying towards oneComputer literate in MS Office & VIP2 - 3 Years HR, Learning and Development Experience Primary Accountabilities:Recruitment:Advertising positions on the intranet and Placement PartnerManaging open and closing dates of vacanciesScreening of applications and sending shortlisted candidates to the hiring managerArrange and Coordinate interviews liaison with both the candidate and the panelBoardroom book and preparation of interview packs before the interviewMake recommendation to management on the best candidateConduct all required verification checks on candidatesEnsure all new appointment documents are completedEnsure all documents are sent to payroll inputArrange induction for new joinerUpdate vacancy report InductionEnsure all new employees are included in the induction spreadsheetEnsure invitations are sent to the employee and line managerEnsure welcome packs are ready before inductionEnsure that the room is set up and refreshments are ready before induction (1 week before induction)Ensure that the attendance register is signedTake photos of new employees and load them on the SharePointAlert line managers of employees who were absent for induction and arrange induction for the following monthSit throughout induction presentation, take queries and follow them through (respond to employees within 24 hours)Ensure offsite employees get the link to induction presentation on the SharePointLearning Development: Learnership/Interns/GraduatesAdvertisement of the learnership/Internship and Graduate Development ProgrammeManage the database - shortlist candidatesLiaise with line management to arrange interviewsEnsure paper work is complete for appointed candidatesArrange inductionEstablish good relationship with the training providersMonitor the progress of learners while they are in trainingEnsure learner Log books and completed and sent to the training providerCoordinate the monitoring and evaluation learners and report on value add of the programmesLiaise with training provider on progress of learnership (quarterly reports)Coordinate the process payment of training provider invoiceCoordinate graduate ceremony (process)Training File Portal:Internal TrainingSend communication to line manager to request training registerCapture internal training on SharePointWellness:Coordinate wellness days according to wellness calendarSend out communication for wellness based on wellness calendarsEstablish good relationship with all service providersInvite service providers to the wellness day ensure confirmations are done on emailSet up meetings venue and all necessary equipment for wellnessCoordinate SANBS -Blood Drive throughout the yearCoordinate Alexander Forbes roadshows and anniversary presentations
