Candidate Requirements: A relevant HR Degree/ Diploma Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in an HR position Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Xhosa speaking is highly advantageous Knowledge of Cathsseta online system and Sage People 300 Payroll is advantageous Must be computer literate (MS Office Suite) Should have a basic knowledge of BCEA, LRA, SDA and EEA Must have a drivers license Should have great interpersonal skills and be an excellent team player Duties: Responsible for maintaining and updating staff files Minute taking at hearings and other forum meetings Co-ordinating training in conjunction with external training providers Capturing all training completed Assisting HoDs with setting up shortlists and interviews for recruitment Capture leave and other payroll info on Sage People 300 Answer minor HR queries and confirmation of employment queries Assist with generating UIF forms To liaise with HR manager to report anomalies, variances and new ideas for improvements This is a live-in position, excluding meals Working schedule is Monday-Friday
