We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Administrator to support our HR department and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. If you have a passion for human resources and excel in organizational and administrative tasks, we'd like to hear from you.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional HR certifications being advantageous.
