With 110 offices in 45 countries, we draw on extensive global and industry experience to manage risk while maximizing value and performance during the construction and operation of our clients' assets.Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting a HR Administrator to work in the South Africa division.Continuously provide support, guidance, and coordination to ensure accurate and professional HR support.Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Provide administrative support to Business Unit Leads.Compile and update employee records.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.Process new starters, leavers, and changes on the HR Information System.Generate accurate headcount reports.Keep the HR information updated and accurate.Compile reports for anniversaries.QualificationsProven experience as an HR Administrator.Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.Excellent organizational skills.Strong communication skills.Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field.Additional InformationStrong computer literacy (MS Office).Sound knowledge of HR practices.Knowledge of SA labour legislation.Conflict/Relationship management skills.It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
