Are you passionate about HR? You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to all the business units in the group. The incumbent will be responsible for the documentation flow through the group in respect of personnel files, employment contracts, job descriptions, pension fund, leave applications, manpower statistics and so forth. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of computerized/shared drive human resources platform, ensuring that the database information is always up to date. Furthermore, you will deal with staff queries and advise staff on company benefits and policies.Qualifications & ExperienceSenior Certificate NQF 4Degree/ Diploma in HR Management will be an advantage5-7 Years work-related skills, knowledge and/or experience will be an advantageExperience with the National Bargaining Council (Road Freight)RequirementsCode B driver's license & own transportWilling to work overtime and be available after business hours as well as on weekendsCapabilities & CompetenciesAdvanced MS Office knowledgeExcellent organizational, writing and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of employment legislation e.g., Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and any newly implemented legislationKPI'sDraft offer letters, remuneration structures, employment contracts, provident fund forms and medical aid forms for all new staffLiaise with Provident Fund providerManage the drafting and record keeping of all job profiles, with assistance of relevant HR ConsultantReview and assist with the drafting of company policies and proceduresMaintain the electronic personnel filing system to ensure all records are kept and up to dateAdminister Recruitment processManage staff trainingDraft notification on grievances, warnings, disciplinary hearings and retrenchmentsScheduling, administration and record keeping of performance appraisals, drafting of documents and KPI'sManage exit processManage personnel leave systemManage and maintain the payroll systemCompile agenda and minutesReporting on HR related information for BBBEE purposesOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
