Our client is seeking a Head of Warehouse that will manage all aspects of the Warehouse streamlining processes and optimizing inventory management. This will be a permanent opportunity based in JHB East. The Key Responsibilities for this Role IncludeImplement solutions and foster a safety-focused cultureWarehouse and Operations Management including the planning, monitoring and managing of daily warehouse operationsLead a team and manage performanceOversee accurate inventory management, cycle counts, bin audits, stock adjustments, and ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing lossesEnsuring Safety and ComplianceBudget and Cost ControlOversee logistic functions, including transportation and vehicle fleet management as well as the maintenance of equipment and warehouse conditionsQualificationDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementSHEQ Certification Experience8+ years' experience in a Head of Warehouse role within the FMCG warehouse or packhouse environmentProficient in Warehouse Procedures and PoliciesExperience with Inventory, Budget and Cost ControlExperience with Logistics and Equipment Management If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
