Vacancy: Head of Risk Operations
Location: Melrose, Johannesburg
Requirements: 15 years' experience in a leadership role.Candidates with experience in commodities (preferred), profit and loss (PnL), derivatives, swaps, or banking, specifically within risk management.Ability to manage a team of 10+ individuals.The position requires a relevant Bachelor's degree. Preferred fields of study typically include finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline that supports risk management and operations.Competencies: Strong leadership and emotional intelligence.Excellent multitasking and time management.Effective communication skills.Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.Proactive and customer-focused.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to travel to Europe once or twice a year.If you are interested, please send your CV to ******.
