In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and overseeing a high-performing team.Your ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Oversee portfolio administration, client services, and business administration. Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard the business. Ensure compliance with risk management policies and regulations.Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to FICA, FAIS, and other relevant regulations. Develop and review company policies and procedures.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure optimal performance.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company's strategic direction and identify opportunities for operational improvement.What You'll BringAcademic Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
