Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Operations in Johannesburg will include:
Product Management: Collaborate with external partners to oversee the product roadmap and prioritize projects for enhancement.Payment Processing: Work with external partners to implement and optimize localized payment solutions, aiming to improve user experience, first-time deposits (FTD%), retention rate (RR), and return on investment (ROI).Customer Experience: Partner with the Fan Experience Manager and Team Leads to analyze and improve customer service, implementing process enhancements to reduce resolution time and boost Net Promoter Score (NPS).Compliance: Establish and nurture relationships with regulators, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across all operational territories.IT/Data Security: Collaborate with external partners to manage IT systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, KYC, and other legal requirements.People Operations: Work closely with the People Operations Manager to drive staff engagement and maintain HR compliance.Financial Management/Compliance: Partner with the Finance Manager and external providers to handle supplier payments, generate accurate management accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Committee to define the company's strategic objectives and execute operational plans to achieve them.Requirements for this Head of Operations job in Johannesburg:
