Senior Manager – Head of Compliance Insurance Industry Seeking an experienced compliance leader for a high-stakes role within a prominent insurance organization. Key Focus Areas: Create and implement comprehensive compliance framework Direct engagement with Board and Regulatory Authorities Manage stakeholder relations with Prudential Authority and FSCA Drive structural changes to address compliance requirements Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or Business Administration (NQF Level 7) Professional Membership: Chartered Corporate Governance Institute OR Admitted attorney 10 years in compliance management/specialist role at a financial institution or insurer Strong knowledge of Non-Life Insurance regulatory framework and PFMA Proven experience in establishing compliance frameworks Direct experience with regulatory authorities Critical Attributes: Resilience in navigating complex, bureaucratic environments Strategic leadership capability Strong stakeholder management skills Track record of implementing sustainable compliance solutions Diverse candidates meeting regulatory requirements encouraged to apply.
