Job Description:

Overseeing the daily operations of the department
Managing the departments personnel and administrative needs
Strategic planning of future expansions according to internal needs and intake capacity
Networking with relevant external stakeholders
Contributing to the development of operational facilities and the education and volunteer program in according with the strategic objectives?
Collaborating with our international colleagues on rescue missions, health and husbandry standards and scientific projects

Qualifications:

Experience in captive wildlife management
Proven Management experience including budget responsibilities
Understanding of and experience in safety management
Master in Zoology or similar discipline
Willingness to work on weekends and on standby
Highly motivated animal welfare mindset and passion
