No further applications will be accepted for this offer.Head of Acquisition - Johannesburg, South Africa - Head of DigitalOur client, a reputable gaming industry, currently seeks a Head of Acquisitions Paid Media for a strategic, data-driven & creative Head of Acquisition.We're looking for the best in the business and someone who has deep exposure to working within a digitally native business.The Head of Acquisition will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will work hand-in-hand with the Product, Business Insights, and Retention teams to drive growth.If you've worked in a successful start-up environment and have built out brilliant marketing, acquisition, and retention growth loops and conquered the strategies to optimise growth performance, then look no further. You will lead the team responsible for building the brand, marketing our products, and acquiring new customers.ResponsibilitiesMinimum marketing degree; Honours/MBA preferable.Advanced & proven strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills.Advanced & proven people management experience.Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Marketing/Growth/Acquisition leadership role.Solid knowledge of analytics/toolsets.Experience in leading, managing, and optimising growth performance.Experience with digitally native brands is preferable; data-driven decision maker.Successful partnering with the Retention Team and the Product Management team to ensure continuous optimisation of merchant conversion.Job Types:Full-time, PermanentSalary:R45,000 - R60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
