To transform the local market to a platform business and drive the people and culture change requirements. Accountable for the quality of relationships and its associated financial and non-financial outcomes.Continuously review and evaluate the performance of the local market in order to identify areas/opportunities that require further focus.Deliver SBG and 3rd party products and services through a client-centric platform.Design and implement client retention strategies aimed at ensuring retention of valuable or profitable clients including defining an end-to-end process of managing clients that are at risk of leaving Standard Bank, as well as identifying proactive retention strategies and processes for existing valuables.Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the local market from any untoward event.Drive a key focus on relationships, experience, and operational efficiency.Enable integrated ways of working and collaboration across the value chain to deliver for the client.Ensure adherence to risk management and governance standards for the continued sustainability of the local market.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Commerce (NQF7 or Higher in Business Commerce/Accounting/Finance)Experience Required8-10 years significant branch banking experience and managing a portfolio of clients.Experience in managing an income statement and balance sheet.
