My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join their team as the Head of Learning & Development. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of their Learning & Development faculty and product development unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing their Research & Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Digital Enablement capabilities, ultimately ensuring transformation and impact across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of their Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with both company and client objectives.Manage the creation and implementation of complex transformative solutions designed to deliver significant impact.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality learning content and solutions that drive measurable results.Direct the implementation, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of large-scale learning projects to meet client objectives.Maintain and continuously improve learning materials, ensuring their alignment with best practices and industry standards.Provide ongoing training on products, services, and customized solutions for staff, clients, and associates.Collaborate with unit heads to ensure the seamless integration of products, services, and solutions across various business units.Develop and implement interventions for continuous professional development.Drive continuous improvement through collaboration with clients and service delivery teams.Manage the design and development of world-class digital/online learning platforms and auxiliary technologies.Qualifications:Relevant post-graduate qualification in a related field.Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs.Expertise in developing and implementing accredited vocational and occupational qualifications.Experience with digital/online learning solutions and Instructional Design.Strong quality assurance design expertise and experience.Excellent business writing and proposal development skills.Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.Apply Now:
