Head Butler

Candidate Requirements: Minimum of at least 2 years experience as a Head Butler in a 4- or 5-star environment (Essential) Good understanding of 5-star establishments Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment. Sound wine, cocktail, food knowledge preferred Knowledgeable when it comes to dietary requirements and preferences Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a passion for working with people. Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage overall guest service experience in the camp Ensuring that high standards are always maintained Provide full-service functionality to guests You need to be present for all mealtimes until guests are finished. Accountable for all service related stock consumption and stock takes, including service related items such as cutlery & crockery Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information, using this to tailor make their experience. Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests Well spoken & presented This is a live-in position.
