Guest Relations Officer - Hospitality (Stellenbosch)

Requirements: - Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality. - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong computer skills and excellent administrative abilities. - Passion for the hospitality industry. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English (in person and via phone). - Strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills. - Ability to maintain professional relationships across all departments, cultures, and religions. - Comfort in interacting with distinguished clientele. - Well-presented with a friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor. - Natural warmth, punctuality, self-discipline, and attention to detail. - Reliable transportation to and from work.
