As the ideal candidate, youll bring a strong mechanical background (a Red Seal qualification in Tractor/Diesel mechanics is essential) and at least five years of leadership experience to guide and mentor teams within a similar environment . Key responsibilities include managing workshops, providing technical advice, and ensuring apprentices are well-trained to maintain their commitment to quality. Youll also manage financial aspects like budgeting and payroll, reduce operational risks, and ensure customer satisfaction through aftersales support. With a keen sense of business acumen, numerical expertise, and people management skills, youll liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, enhancing service standards.
