Group Tax Manager

Vivo Energy are looking for a Group Tax Manager to join their team!
The Group Tax Manager will be a key member of the group tax team, working together with the Head of Tax and a second Tax Manager, executing Vivo Energy's global tax strategy across the markets the company operates in.  Whilst part of the group tax team, you will work independently and be responsible for certain business areas and projects.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the role and knows how to meet targets.
A key trait is having attention to detail.
Principal Accountabilities: Numbers (~30%): ·        Driving the tax accounting process from training of team members in the local markets to managing the relationship with group auditors; ·        Preparing internal tax forecasts; ·        Preparing tax returns for holding companies with the support of tax advisors; ·        Preparing compliance related reports such as country-by-country reports, hybrid mismatch reports, etc Transfer pricing (~30%): ·        Prepare transfer pricing documentation for operating entities, with support of tax advisors; ·        Oversee and monitor compliance with transfer pricing policies; ·        Advise various stakeholders on transfer pricing related matters; Management (~20%): ·        Liaise with local team members to ensure compliance with local tax requirements; ·        Monitor tax receivable / payables / tax cash outflows; ·        Ensure business decisions are taken in compliance with tax requirements; ·        Provide support with local tax audits; Projects (~20%) ·        Advise internal stakeholders on tax related matters; ·  Ensure tax compliant implementation of various projects.
Requirements ·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent ·        5+ years of experience in tax ·        Basic accounting knowledge required ·        Fluency in English (written and verbal) required ·        Eager to take on projects outside your comfort zone ·  Analytical, Proactive and attention to detail
