Employer DescriptionA Food ManufacturerJob DescriptionMy client is looking for a highly experienced R&D Manager to take full responsibility for the R&D for the company, which is part of a multi-national and will work cooperatively with the mother company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic R&D person who can formulate and implement strategy, lead the way to digital transformation within their zone of responsibility, and plan resource requisites to get the job done while adhering to budgets. The R&D Manager will work closely with the customer base and ensure development is undertaken within company parameters, with Sales and International R&D fully involved.RequirementsMUST HAVE WORKED EXTENSIVELY WITH R&D OF SWEET PRODUCTS – CONFECTIONERY, BEVERAGES, FLAVOURS, FOOD INGREDIENTS OR SUGAR-BASED PRODUCTS.QualificationsIdeally an MSc in Food Science or equivalent.SkillsAttention to detail, very analytical, and a great problem solver.Salary / PackageR1800000BenefitsPension FundEmail: ******
