Group Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary support to the Group Operations Manager, coordinating operations across various lodge sites.Conduct regular on-site visits to lodges, spending approximately 15 days each month traveling to ensure operational excellence.Based at our head office in Ballito for 6 days each month to collaborate with management and align with broader strategic objectives.Work closely with lodge teams, providing mentorship and guidance, with a particular focus on training and development of guides and staff.Support in maintaining high standards of guest service and operational efficiency at each lodge.Requirements:Proven background as a guide, ideally with experience in training and mentoring other guides.Lodge management experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of hospitality operations and guest services.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various lodge locations.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about the lodge industry to play a critical role in maintaining and elevating operational standards across our properties.
