The firm's diverse range of clients and services will allow you to develop into a trusted advisor acquiring vast experience of audit, taxation, corporate finance, and business advisory. An increasing level of responsibility, commensurate with your practical abilities and exam progression, should be expected.A training contract represents the first step in gaining a valuable accounting qualification, and the firm will support you throughout the process of working towards the ACCA examinations. Additional external bespoke courses are also encouraged for further development of your role at the firm.What we look forThe ability to demonstrate commercial awareness is essential. Working with clients in a broad spectrum of industries, it is imperative to understand common issues that affect certain industries and remain informed on current events that impact our clients. Financial acumen must also be demonstrated as this is key to the role.Strong verbal and written skills are essential and highly valued. Various tasks you will undertake will involve gathering information from various sources, analysing the information, and then communicating this effectively to the relevant audience.We are looking for candidates wanting to contribute to growing the firm and who will seek opportunities to add value through their work and innovative ideas.
