We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Sales Support Team as a German Concierge Specialist for our thriving tour operator business.
Your role will involve shaping our travel offerings and serving as the primary contact for consultants assisting guests with reservations and special requests.
Your diverse expertise in operations client experience supplier engagements and communication will ensure top client service and business success.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Being the initial point of contact for international clients interested in booking tailormade holidays and safaris.
Handling hotel/lodge reservations based on consultant requirements.
Distributing travel requests to agents and supporting Sales consultants with administrative tasks Collaborating with Sales Managers to address client travel issues.
Updating the Concierge dashboard and providing reports to sales managers Requirements Our ideal candidate for the German Concierge Specialist position will have: A National Senior Certificate/Matric 2 years of experience in a Concierge or Sales Administrative Assistant role in a Tour Operator Environment Proficiency in speaking and writing German.
Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to build relationships.
