Key Performance Indicators:Operations:Direct and coordinate production, pricing, sales, and distribution activities.Oversee the development of plans, process improvements, and performance monitoring.Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports.Review financial statements and performance data to ensure goal achievement.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes.Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in collaboration with HR.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.Maintain positive employee relations and a productive work culture.Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational challenges.
