Minimum Requirements: Postgraduate Qualification in Agri-Science, Finance or Business Management.Minimum of 5 years' experience in Senior Executive Role.Proven success as a Senior Executive managing departmental teams.Business acumen with strong knowledge of Financial, Technical and Economic concepts.Ability to develop business plans relating to projects and to implement accordingly.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives.Ability to recognize business opportunities and act upon them to stimulate growth.Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.Solution and Results driven.Valid Driver's Licence with own reliable transport.Experience in Agricultural input sector will be beneficial.Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
