General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing daily business operations. Managing Future Motor Lease in all aspects. Managing sales team, accounts department, fleet department, and others. Developing and implementing growth strategies. Training low-level managers and staff. Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue (KPI's of departments are met). Hiring employees. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing accounting and financial data. Researching and identifying growth opportunities. Cost management. Risk management. Generating reports and giving presentations. Requirements: Good knowledge of different business functions. Strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized. Strong work ethic. Great interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Proactive nature. Excellent customer service skills. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years management experience. Driver's license. Financial qualification advantageous. Experience in the car rental industry is advantageous. Salary is up to R30,000 gross + Incentives.

Monday - Friday: 6:45am - 5:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am to 2:00pm - When requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R30,000.00 per month.
