Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced General Manager for a prestigious Luxury boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque Mooi River, KwaZulu Natal. This is a unique opportunity to lead an exclusive property, offering world-class service while driving new ventures.
Requirements & Experience:

Proficient in Semper System.
Strong work ethic and able to operate without micro-management.
Experience in producing financial reports and managing month-end processes.
Proven background in managing 5-star properties.
Honest, reliable, and forward-thinking to align with the owner's vision.
Ability to manage new amenities such as Paddle Courts and Spa.
Preferred: Single person, but open to families.

Package:

Salary: R40,000 + Medical Aid & Provident Fund.
Accommodation provided.
