General Event Assistants | AUCKLAND HORTICULTURAL COUNCIL INC. - SPRING SHOWThe Auckland Horticultural Council aims to educate, support, and encourage horticulture and home gardening practices for all ages through shows, meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and guest speakers. Our September Spring Show is being held at the Western Springs Garden Community Hall | 956 Great North Road, Western Springs.
This is an indoor show, and we require assistance to set up and pack down the event. Under the guidance of the Show Manager, you will be responsible for carrying and setting up tables, trestles, and chairs, and arranging coverings.
Requirements:
Able to follow instructions and physically capable with the setting up and dismantling of event furniture. Closed-toe shoes will be required for this role. High-visibility vests will be provided.
Time commitment:
Friday the 13th of September from 2pm to 5pm (set-up)
Saturday the 14th of September from 3pm to 5pm (pack-down)
Light refreshments will be provided.
