Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform Supervisory responsibilities complying with organizations policies and applicable laws.Plan, assign and direct work team members/Daily pack plan.Monitoring and analysing volumes and throughput vs capacity.Verifying stocks and investigating delays.Managing the volumes of fruit.Computing the quantities, qualities and types of materials required by production programmes.Monitoring and evaluating service delivery of suppliers.Controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources.Controlling chemical stock and overseeing the mixture thereof.Directing, supervising and evaluating the work activities of professional clerical, service, maintenance and other personnel.Responsible for maintaining good quality according to packing standards. Monitor correct packaging material, correct PLU, fruit quality packed, packing patterns used and carton weights. Managing the volumes of fruit, monitoring and analysing volumes and throughput vs capacityComputing the Ensure that the area of responsibility is clean and that all hygiene, health and safety policies and rules are followed.
