Front Of House Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesPlan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.Process customer complaints patiently.Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.Track and order shipments.Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff.Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.RequirementsGrade 12.Hospitality Management qualification preferred.Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, kitchen management, and service standards.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
