Experience: Must have experience in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management. Communication Skills: Must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house restaurant operation. Duties: Duties will include staff management, stock control, and opening & closing procedures. Team Leadership: Looking for someone who can lead a team and work under pressure.
