Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front of House Restaurant Manager at our client based in Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling food & beverage orders, providing training, and driving sales performance. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Food & Beverage operations Training and Sales skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of health and safety regulations Certification in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous)
