Front Desk / Reception / Hospitality Manager - Sandton

A reputable mall-setting beauty salon seeks a qualified Hospitality & Front Desk Manager with the following essential requirements:

Related beauty or hotel hospitality qualification
Must have a minimum of 3 years front of house experience in either 5* hotels or luxury spa retreat
Seeking mature person with good managerial experience as well as strong staff relations
Good knowledge & understanding of high customer service and strong customer service principles & practices
Excellent people skills and dedication to assisting people while showcasing a firm and pleasant manner
Excellent time management & punctuality
Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented with good administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills
High level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Present a neat, clean, and professional appearance always
Will be required to work early morning and late evening as well as weekend shifts. Retail hours plus extra hours over festive season months
International experience is an advantage
