Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our client in Somerset West.Responsibilities include:Providing 5-star customer service to clients and visitors.Greeting guests and maintaining a welcoming environment.Ensuring the centre is "show ready" at all times.Assisting with move-ins, onboarding, and daily operations.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth departures.Keeping accounts receivable up to date and supporting client events.Handling various tasks such as light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and administrative support.Travelling between the Somerset and Stellenbosch branches whenever assistance is required.Requirements:Driver's license and own transport (required).2-3 years of Front of House experience (preferred).Excellent communication skills.Strong customer service, operations, and sales experience.Attention to detail.Proactive, customer-first attitude.Matric.
