What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.Maintain guest accounts: guest checks, master accounts, vouchers, gift certificates, etc.Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up.Perform all functions of guest registry including check in and check out, updating reservations and guest profiles to 100% accuracy.Maintain and protect guest privacy and discretion.Other duties as assigned.
