Foods Department Manager

An established, Corporate Retailer has a vacancy for a Foods Department Manager within various areas in Johannesburg. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Drive sales and targets. Ensuring stock ordering/receiving procedures are adhered to. Compliance. Recruitment, training and developing staff. Performance management. Store Administration. Ensure food saftey and health and safety. Alarm callouts. Shrinkage, stock loss and waste control. Drive Customer service excellence. Previous retail management experience. Experience working within a foods environment. Staff management experience. Ability to drive sales and targets. Understanding of OHSA and Food safety. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
