Minimum Requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
Experience in food product development, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Solid knowledge of food safety standards, such as HACCP, and experience implementing them in a manufacturing setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
