Requirements
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role experience in a 4/5 star hotel/Resort/Lodge-
Essential
Diploma or similar in Food Service Management or related field-
Beneficial
A strong understanding of food and beverage trends, particularly in boutique and luxury setting.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Micros)
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with the executive chef to craft innovative, locally inspired menus that cater to diverse guest preferences.
