Food And Beverage Manager - Luxury Lodges

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for 2 restaurants / bars on the property; fine-dining dinners, as well as assisting with the launch of the new Venue (BBQ Style) – which hangs over the hippo dam!
You will not be afraid to jump into the kitchen and COOK up a few delights / picnics / bespoke meals for guests when required!
This is a hands-on role for an energetic person who is guest-facing, delivering world class service, flexible culinary offerings and rigid food / kitchen management controls across 2 kitchens.
You will have a lodge or boutique hotel background.

- Good quality single accommodation / own unit provided
- This is not a management couple position.
- 5 day working week. (Not a 6-week cycle like other lodges) – Live-in
- Must have own transport
- Commute to Pretoria – 1 hour
- Commute to Fourways – 1 ½ hours
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
