Food And Beverage Manager

Candidate requirements:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalentMin of 3 years proven experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star establishment Excellent administrative capabilities with full proficiency in MS Office suiteGood knowledge of POS and Restaurant systems (preferably Plus Point, Plus Central & Apex)Exceptional menu planning and development capabilitiesGood knowledge on stock management, rotation and orderingThe ability to create and sustain good relationships with vendors Exceptional management and leadership capabilitiesAbove-average customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and create memorable experiencesGood financial acumen and the ability manage budgets, costing, and to maximize profitability The ability to host events and manage catering for large functions and eventsMarketing savvy to promote products and drive sales in the Food and Beverage departmentUp to date with industry trends The ability to train and upskill staff in a positive wayThis is a live-out role
