A bit about the team and what you'll deliver... Reporting to the General Manager, MEA, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Director to join the team in South Africa. You will be responsible for managing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and delivering customer solutions in the MEA region.
As a Sales & Business Development Director your key accountabilities will include:
Strategic partner prospects and where applicable support the establishment of these relationshipsContinuously build a funnel of new potential clients through making connections, building relationships, and establishing networksAppropriate products/services to potential clients that meet their needsPlans to create new business opportunities in the market and winning new customersKey deal preparation, presentation, and leadership to attain a successful closeCustomer and market insight to support the development of the wider go-to-market strategyTranslate market feedback and collated data and information to provide guidance for our product strategiesInsight, support, and collaboration across the APAC team to maximise sales opportunitiesEnsure adherence to process and that all sales systems e.g., SFDC and others, are kept up to dateManage reseller and direct sales teams for the regionManage all initial legal engagement, until final signaturesTravel to customers across the region as neededWho you are...
