You should have gained no less than 2 years' experience in financial planning administration or as a Financial Planner with solid investment and retirement product knowledge. The business is paperless, so Advanced Excel skills are essential, and you'll be compiling presentations, so PowerPoint is needed too. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential due to the reporting and data you'll be working with.
