Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic financial decisions?My client is seeking a Financial Manager where you'll play an integral role in maintaining the financial health of their organization.This role is based in Johannesburg West.Key Responsibilities:Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop and manage budgets.Forecast future financial performance to guide strategic planning.Financial Analysis:Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.Cash Flow Management:Prepare cash flow forecasts.Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.Day-to-Day Financial Management:Oversee daily financial activities to ensure smooth operations.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.Financial Reporting:Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.Cost Management:Analyze and control costs to enhance profitability.Compliance:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.Financial Planning:Assist in long-term planning and strategic decision-making.Stakeholder Communication:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance.Shareholder Relations:Communicate with shareholders about the organization's financial performance and handle monthly reporting at the micro level.Report on financial results to our multinational shareholders.Qualifications and Skills Required:BCom degree in Accounting or Finance RelatedCIMA designation is non-negotiable8 years proven experience in finance management or a related field.Proven experience reporting into an International board is non-negotiable.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
