The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to drive financial performance and support our growth ambitions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Versus Socks' growth objectives.Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.Cost Control & Optimization: Analyze and manage operational costs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks effectively.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support decision-making and drive financial success.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA(SA) qualification is highly advantageous.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.Proficiency in Xero, Dear/Cin7 and Shopify will be highly advantageousExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
