Job Description:

Financial reporting
Ensure that the financial records are processed accurately and timeously.
Prepares detailed reports on financial packs (monthly and annually).
Financial Planning
Participates in the provision of strategic financial planning and information.
Investigate stock and cost of sales variances.
Financial Control
Establishes and maintains financial control functions to ensure conformance to legislation, policies and procedures and accounting principles.
Manages accounting and financial systems.
Payroll
Manages and coordinates the payroll.
Reviews all recruitment, promotions, and increases for new and existing staff.
Manages staff.
Compiles lists of the assets to be insured and the values thereof.
Manages the maintenance and upgrade of financial, and hospitality information systems.
Business Management
Translation of the business goals into measurable objectives
Monitoring the goals and objectives
Work with the relevant HOD's to achieve the goals

Qualifications:

B.Compt Hons Degree
CA/CIMA/Articles
At least 5 years' experience
