Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager: Finance, you will be based at our Cape Town offices (Tygervalley-area).Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Performance Areas (KPA's) include:Manage all payments to our Fruit Suppliers:Ensure on time and correct payment to our valued Fruit SuppliersMain contact between Finance and Fruit SuppliersForecasting of Cash Estimates for weekly Fruit Suppliers paymentsSubmission of Breeding Club DeclarationsManage credit facility and credit risk to our Fruit Suppliers – mainly advances and seasonal production:Ensure all documents are in place for Due Diligence and Payback AnalysisCreate loan agreements and ensure accurate T&C'sFICA and NCR complianceGL Reconciliations - Timeous Review and Completion of Fruit Suppliers Related GL ReconsMonthly Reporting - Contribution to accurate & timeous monthly and annual financial reportingDesired Experience & QualificationEducation & Experience:Minimum 8-10 years middle financial management experienceExperience in the Fruit Export Industry will be an advantage
