My client is on the hunt for a dynamic Finance Controller to lead a talented team and oversee the entire finance function. If you're looking for a role that demands excellence, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach, this is your opportunity!Rotation: 10 weeks on, 3 weeks offLocation: Kibali, DRCKey Responsibilities:Own the balance sheet, P&L, and all technical accounting dutiesAddress and resolve queries from DRC tax authoritiesEnsure timely and accurate monthly finance reportingImplement and enforce strict finance proceduresDevelop and evaluate profit plans for new business venturesAnalyse financial performance trends and recommend improvementsIdentify and mitigate key financial risks within the groupCollaborate with the Group finance team and local finance teamsProvide innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance financial performanceQualifications Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with audit exposureFinance Degree (BCom, BCompt, CIMA or CA)Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (a plus)Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive under pressurePersonal Attributes:Hands-on approach with a keen understanding of operationsDetail-oriented, proactive, and adaptableStrategic thinker with excellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet tight deadlinesHow to Apply:If you meet the above requirements, please send your resume DIRECTLY
